These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the DHCC Free Zone website and to enquiries and applications you make through it. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Licensing, visa and other services are also governed by the regulations of DHCC Free Zone and the agreements you sign with us.

1. Definitions

• “DHCC Free Zone”, “we”, “us” means DHCC Free Zone, the free zone in Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai.
• “You” means the person using the website or applying for our services, and the company you represent.
• “Services” means company setup, licensing, visa, renewal and other services we provide.

2. Using this website

• Use the website lawfully and only for genuine enquiries and applications.
• Do not try to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, or submit false, misleading or automated information.
• We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

3. Information on the website

We work to keep information on this website accurate and current, but it is general information and not legal, tax or financial advice. Fees, packages and timelines shown on the website, including in the cost calculator, are indicative and are not an offer. Your final fees are confirmed by DHCC Free Zone before you pay. Laws and regulations change, so please check details with an adviser before you act on them.

4. Applications and licensing

• Every application is subject to our review, due diligence and approval, and to any approvals required from other authorities.
• You must give complete, accurate and up-to-date information and documents, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
• We may ask for more information, and we may decline or cancel an application or license where the law or our regulations allow, including where information is false or incomplete.
• Licensed companies must follow our regulations and applicable UAE law, including anti-money laundering, sanctions and beneficial ownership rules.

5. Fees, payments and refunds

• Fees are payable as set out in your quotation or invoice. Your adviser explains which fees apply to you before you pay.
• Fees paid to government and other authorities on your behalf are generally not refundable once processed.
• Refunds of other fees are handled in line with the refund terms shared with you before payment.
• Online payments are processed by our payment providers under their own security standards.

6. Renewal and non-renewal

You are responsible for renewing your license, establishment card and visas before they expire. Late renewal can lead to penalties and can affect your company’s visas and services. A license that is not renewed may be suspended or cancelled in line with our regulations.

7. Intellectual property

The website’s content, design and logos belong to DHCC Free Zone or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy, reuse or distribute them without our written permission. Government logos and emblems shown on the website belong to their owners and may only be used as their owners permit.

8. Links to other websites

Links to other websites are for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, DHCC Free Zone is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its information, or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data, and our Cookie Policy explains the browser storage the website uses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, as they apply in DHCC Free Zone. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.
